Finance Wales: Nurole's first Chief Executive Officer appointment

Taking up his new post on 4th April 2016, Mr Thorley will lead Finance Wales as plans to create the Development Bank for Wales are implemented. Mr Thorley joins Finance Wales from leading private equity company, TDR Capital where he has been a partner since 2010. Prior to joining TDR Capital, he spent nine years at Punch Taverns, first as Executive Chairman and then Chief Executive. He was also a founding member of the Principal Finance Group.
