Silverfleet Capital is a leading, independent, European private equity firm with global reach specialising in mid-market buyouts. They required a chair for portfolio company Ipes. Founded in Guernsey in 1998, Ipes is one of Europe’s leading providers of fund administration and outsourcing services to the private equity industry.
Through Nurole they identified James Faulds who spent his executive career in advertising, founding Faulds Advertising, and growing it to become Scotland's largest advertising agency in 2002, when he exited from the business. Since selling his marketing services group in 2002, James has been involved in several successful private equity deals including Wood Mackenzie and Giles Insurance Brokers. He currently serves as Chairman on the board of BGF backed Jumpstart, WRG Worldwide and Change Recruitment.
