Marshall Aid Commemoration Commission
Trustee
The Marshall Aid Commemoration Commission, which finances young Americans of high ability to study for graduate degrees in the UK, were seeking Commissioners for their board. They wanted to find candidates evidencing a keen interest in and experience of UK-US relations, and a commitment to improve and deepen that relationship.
In nine days Nurole surfaced applications from Barbara Ridpath (Director of the St Pauls' Institute and a member of the World Economic Forum's Global Agenda Council on the Global Financial System), Xenia Wickett (Head of the US and the Americas Programme at Chatham House and the Dean of the Queen Elizabeth II Academy for Leadership in International Affairs) and Lord Wood of Anfield (a Fulbright Scholar, Labour peer in the House of Lords who was Senior Special Adviser to Prime Minister Gordon Brown and a professor at Oxford University since 1996).
I think Nurole is onto a very interesting concept, and applaud your efforts.

Successful candidate
I joined Nurole following a recommendation from a friend – 6 months later I’m delighted to be taking on a trustee position with the Marshall Aid Commemoration Commission and recommend others when suitable roles come up. The process was painless: very efficient and very effective.

Nurole advertises roles that are consistently interesting and high quality. Thanks to the platform I’m delighted to have been recruited to join the Marshall Aid Commemoration Commission as a trustee. I would strongly encourage charities and NGOs to consider using Nurole's network for recruitment.
