essensys plc is an AIM-listed SaaS business that provides enterprise-grade mission-critical software which helps ambitious and multi-site operators of flexible workspaces achieve accelerated growth and solve complex operational challenges. They were looking for a Non-Executive Director and Remuneration Committee Chair who had a background in commercial global real estate organisations to assist with the company's ambitious international growth plans.
Through Nurole they found two ideal candidates in Elizabeth Sandler and Alexandra Notay. Elizabeth is the former Managing Director/COO of both Deutsche Bank and Blackstone Group, with over 20 years in finance and Commercial Real Estate. Alexandra Notay is a published author and editor of more than 30 books and reports, Director at PfP Capital and was selected as one of 48 women shaping the future of UK real estate by BISNOW in January 2019.
