Non-Executive Director
Herts for Learning is a not-for-profit company and the largest Schools’ Company in the UK. It provides flexible, high-quality school improvement, leadership and business support to over 500 schools and education settings in Hertfordshire and beyond, generating an annual income in excess of £22m and employing over 300 staff. They were looking for two Non-Executive Directors with senior management and Board experience, and a passion to support the improvement of educational outcomes for children.
Through Nurole they appointed two ideal candidates; Charlotte Glickman, NED at Marston's Plc, former Group HR Director for Tesco Plc and Gavin Flynn former Head of Strategy & Transformation InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG).
