Over the Wall (OTW) is an ambitious and exciting children’s charity, which provides free residential activity camps for children and teenagers living with serious health challenges and their families. The charity operates camps in various leased locations throughout the UK and has an annual income of circa £1.5m. They sought to appoint Development Board Members, and potential Trustees, to support the charity's fundraising and other initiatives, within a professionally supported environment.
Through Nurole they appointed Alma Lawrie, former Executive Director of Investor Relations at Gulf Capital and Swee Hong Yap, the Principal of Private Equity Funds & Co-Investments at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan.
