How to Whitelist Nurole
Sometimes, our role emails don't reach you because of the spam filters that your email provider uses. To make sure you receive emails about interesting roles and updates about your applications, add [email protected] and [email protected] to your contacts or safe senders list. We've listed step-by-step guides for some common email providers below. If you can't find your email provider, or need further assistance, please get in touch with our team.
Google Mail & Gmail
- Click the cog icon in the top-right corner and then More mail settings
- Select Safe and blocked senders and then Safe senders
- Add the domain (www.nurole.com) of the email you want to whitelist to the list of Safe senders
- Return to Safe and blocked senders and then select Safe mailing lists
Hotmail & MSN
- Click on Options in the upper right corner of your Hotmail screen
- Click the link for Safe and Blocked Senders in the body of the page under Junk e-mail
- Click the Safe Senders link and enter the email addresses ([email protected] and [email protected]) you want to whitelist
- Click Add to put it on your list
Yahoo
- Navigate to Settings icon, then click More Settings from the Yahoo Mail menu
- Select Filters and hit Add to enter information about the domain name (www.nurole.com) or sender ([email protected] and [email protected])
- From here, you can enter any string of text you want to whitelist in future emails
BTinternet
- Sign in to your BT Mail account from a desktop/laptop computer
- From the Settings tab, select the Safe senders folder
- Select on the Add button
- Enter the email address ([email protected] and [email protected]) of the sender in the field
- Select Save
AOL
- To whitelist a contact in AOL, click Contacts on the left navigation bar of your inbox screen
- Then, click the New Contact icon on the top bar and add the new contact information ([email protected] and [email protected]) to the required fields
- Once completed, click the Add Contact button at the bottom
Outlook
- Select Actions from the toolbar at the top of the screen
- Select Junk E-mail
- Select Junk E-mail Options
- Click the Safe Sender tab
- Click Add
- Type in the email address ([email protected] and [email protected]) you wish to add to your safe sender list
- Click OK
iCloud
- Go to icloud.com and log in with your Apple ID
- Now select Contacts
- Click on the plus symbol (+) in the lower left and select New Contact
- After entering your name, email address ([email protected] and [email protected]), etc. click on Done at the bottom right
- The corresponding email address should now be on the whitelist
