Nominate women of colour for the Nurole Inspiring Board Leader Precious Award

Nurole is proud to sponsor the Precious Awards 2019 Inspiring Board Leader Award, find out how to nominate yourself or other deserving candidates for this prestigious accolade

Founded in 2007 by Foluke Akinlose MBE, the annual Precious Awards celebrate and applaud the professional achievements of women of colour in the UK. Nurole is delighted to sponsor the Inspiring Board Leader Award at this year’s Precious Awards as part of our efforts to champion cognitive diversity and identify pockets of overlooked talent.

Nominations are now open for the Nurole Inspiring Board Leader Award. It’s free to enter and applicants can nominate themselves or others who they feel deserve this recognition. Nominees need to fulfill one of these two criteria:

1) A woman of colour who has taken on a board position in the last 24 months who offers an inspiring role model for other women of colour.

2) Any Chair or Board Member who has demonstrated a commitment to both casting the net wider and an inclusive assessment process that has resulted in the appointment of an inspiring woman of colour to a board in the last 24 months.
