This session brings together board members from the NHS to discuss the best approach to bringing these skills into the NHS boardroom.

  • How to get the most out of commercial experience on NHS boards
  • What NEDs from the commercial world should bring to your board and how to identify the best ones

Format: This is a webinar style Q&A session, which will be held online on Zoom.

Participation: Participants will drive the session by raising their questions or voting for questions they want to be answered.
