How does it work?

1. The peer-to-peer learning session

Groups meet every 2 months at a time convenient to you. You'll join 5+ board members of similar board experience in organisations like yours.

2. Your contribution

Participants share live challenges they're facing. 1-2 will be chosen for the group to focus on. If your challenge isn't chosen, you will be able to learn from others and contribute your own experiences.

3. How the sessions will be run

Sessions are chaired with a set structure. The focus is on creating a confidential and comfortable environment to discuss sensitive issues.

Pricing

Introductory offer of £1,200 per person annually (typically paid by the company from learning & development budget)
