It is notoriously difficult to access non-executive remuneration data for directors of unlisted boards. In order to assist the UK Banking community, Nurole has gathered c. 220 responses from Chairs, SIDs and NEDs who currently sit on a range of unlisted bank boards in the UK (either subsidiaries of foreign banks or privately-owned UK banks).
